Production Support Lead

Operation

This position will be reporting directly to the Production Support Manager.

Main Responsibility:

  • Implementing changes (new, enhancement, patch) on the production environment.

  • Act quickly to analyze the available data to find the root cause if transaction issues arise.

  • Maintain core system application.

Other Responsibility

  • Interacting with product users; often external partners. These interactions can occur in meetings, emails, phone calls, live messaging chats.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as logging issues, configuration notes, production performance, troubleshoot guides.
  • Suggest product improvement based on daily dealing with product issues first-hand.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Information Technology.
  • Minimum had 2 years of experience in a Support level. (Banking Industry is an advantage).
  • Problem-solving skills; Analytical thinking, attention to detail.
  • Communicate well with others.
  • The willingness to appropriately accept responsibility for completing tasks and to actively pursue resolving problems that may not have originally been your responsibility. (End-to-end production support)
