Job purpose: Responsible for how ID is Manage, Control, and Protected, including saving critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization.

Main Responsibility

  • Review User Access Matrix for All Application in the Company
  • Review User Access List for All Application in the Company
  • Manage custodian password for administrator ID on CyberArk.
  • Monitoring and handling all requests and problems related to system access.
  • Ensure all system access and information are accurate to avoid any audit findings.
  • Works with another team to communicate the state of ID security, inform of possible risks, and suggest ways to improve security.
  • Create, maintain, and remove access as per user request based on User Access Matrix
  • Coordinate with IT Security and Compliance for access request and User Access Matrix to avoid any security issue
  • Support Audit Activity from Internal Audit, External Audit, and Regulatory

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven work experience as an ID Management.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining User Access systems.
  • Thorough understanding of the latest technologies, security principles, and protocols.
  • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Complete command on dealing with CyberArk Application.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in stressful scenarios.
  • Ability to communicate and report system security incidents and issues to the upper management.
  • Have a certificate is a plus.
